Concessions and full-time student members have full membership privileges and rights as per Individual Membership.

Concession/ Student members are those who:

  • Receive a recognised Australian Government pension
  • Who are currently enrolled full time in a recognised Australian secondary or tertiary educational institution

Group/Organisation members are entities comprising two or more valid constituents.

Group/Organisation members are encouraged to contribute to the CAQ webpage and Bulletin.

  • Group membership includes one hard copy of each quarterly CAQ Bulletin.
  • Group members receive may elect 2 representatives of the group to participate in CAQ workshops at the discounted rate or the Annual Members Exhibition.
  • Group members have one vote per group / organisation

Opt to receive CAQ’s bulletins in a printed form to an address of your choosing. Please note that Group/Organisation memberships are entitled to a printed bulletin that is included in the cost of that membership, so you do not have to subscribe to both to receive the printed bulletin.

Ceramic Arts Queensland

is the umbrella organisation representing the interests of ceramic artists and potters in Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We have a long history of encouraging clay-workers to develop their skills and to share those skills with others in the community. We also advocate that ceramic arts are the equal of any of the other visual arts and that it is both valuable and collectable.
