ABOUT ME

Originally a painter, I was introduced to clay at the Gold Coast Potters in 2014 where for twelve months I took classes and workshops.  Since then, I have undertaken a Diploma in Visual Arts at South Bank TAFE and following graduation commenced second year in the Bachelor degree.  My concentration remains on ceramics, art and now includes digital media.

During my ceramic studies and trials with different clays, I have found pleasure in hand building unique sculptural forms and functional ware. Being inspired by nature I find oxides and glazes are ideal for their natural properties, colours and finishes.

In 2021 I had a solo exhibition at One Arts Gallery and regularly participate in Group Shows and award competitions.
