2021 Siliceous Award update
The Board and staff of Ceramic Arts Queensland (CAQ) have been thrilled to receive a large number of entries for the 2021 award and the selection panel members are currently choosing the finalists to be exhibited at the Butter Factory Arts Centre in Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast. Finalists will be notified on the 17th September.
Our special guest judge, Diana Warnes, Head of Curatorial Projects, HOTA will select and announce the winner from these finalists at the opening. The award winner’s entry will be acquired for CAQ’s permanent collection and receive $7,000.
Qld Electrical Solutions are sponsoring a $1000 People’s Choice Award so make sure you put your vote in either at the art centre or via our website (an event will be uploaded after the 17th September)
